
Gayle currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Administration for Dallas Zoo Management. Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better world for animals. Previously she held the positions of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer for Match.com, a subsidiary of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), and Vice President of Studio Planning for The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS). Gayle earned her CPA license in the State of California and received her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management. Her philanthropic work includes serving as Board Chair for A Small Miracle Foundation, a Dallas nonprofit that provides childcare for families who are battling cancer. Additionally, she serves on the Board Executive Committee for the Richardson Symphony Orchestra. Along with her career and non-profit work, she is a Managing Director of Golden Seeds, a nationwide angel investing network focused on women-led businesses. She and her husband Phil enjoy raising their two children in Richardson, Texas. Their son John attends college at UT Austin and daughter Nicole is in high school. Gayle and her family visited Malawi for the first time in the summer of 2013. After witnessing firsthand the incredible work being done by Villages in Partnership, and their powerful and effective partnership with the village chiefs, local churches and the villagers themselves, she was eager to throw her full support behind the VIP mission, and looks forward to another Friendship Trip to Malawi in the future.
