
Paul Huchro graduated from Cornell University in 1984 with a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management. He worked at Goldman Sachs & Co for 30 years and was named a Partner in 2008. After a brief retirement in 2016, he returned to the Financial Services Industry at Deutsche Bank in 2017 where he is a Managing Director and runs Global Investment Grade and High Yield Credit Trading. Paul and his wife Kim made their first trip to Malawi in 2009 and returned with their 3 daughters in the summer of 2010. Since that first trip, the family has returned several times on Friendship tours and Kim served on the Board from 2014-2017. Their whole family has been inspired by the difference that VIP is making for so many people in the villages of Sakata. Paul currently serves as the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee for VIP. The family currently resides in Briarcliff Manor with one daughter in New York City, one in Washington DC, and the youngest at Cornell University.
